A Farm Rooted in Purpose and Stewardship
Nestled along the stunning coastal hills of Northern California, our 753 acre farm is more than just a place—it’s a mission. We are building a model for regenerative agriculture that not only restores the land but fulfills our responsibility as stewards of Allah’s creation. Guided by the principles of permaculture, organic farming, and soil restoration, we aim to cultivate a landscape that thrives with balance, harmony, and abundance.
Our work extends beyond farming to include the care and raising of animals, the cultivation of native plants, and the healing of ecosystems. This effort is not simply for worldly benefit but as an act of worship, striving to ensure the land testifies for us on the Day of Judgment.
One of our greatest challenges—and opportunities—is tackling the widespread presence of the invasive plant Hypericum canariense. With nearly 500 acres infested, ours is one of the largest known cases of this species in North America. Alhamdulillah, we are actively collaborating with local nonprofits to restore these lands to native grasslands. This vital work is part of a larger vision: to revive biodiversity, support local ecosystems, and honor the land Allah has entrusted to us.
Through these efforts, we hope to inspire others to rethink their relationship with the earth and embrace practices that heal and restore. In sha Allah, this farm will not only serve as a sanctuary for people but as a testament to the power of faith-driven stewardship.

Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allahﷺ recited this verse:
“On that day the earth will tell its stories,” (99:4) and he said, “Do you know what are its stories?” They said, “Allah and His Messenger know best.” The Prophet said, “Verily, its stories are that it will bear witness against every servant and maidservant to what they did on its surface, saying this person did such on such day. Retreat in Comfort with Our Glamping Experience
Our glamping setup is thoughtfully designed to provide you with a serene and comfortable retreat experience. Each tent is equipped with a brand-new memory foam mattress, adorned with organic cotton sheets, pillows, and blankets to ensure restful sleep. You’ll also find a nightstand, a convenient wudu station, and soft ambient lighting to create a peaceful atmosphere.
While this is still camping, every detail has been curated to make your nights with us as comfortable as possible. Immerse yourself in the beauty of nature without sacrificing the essentials that allow you to recharge and reconnect.
Beautifully Crafted Bathrooms for Your Comfort
Guests who are glamping or bringing their own tent will have access to premium single-unit bathrooms with showers or communal-style facilities with bathrooms and showers. Our recently renovated redwood bathrooms feature reclaimed old-growth wood for a rustic yet refined aesthetic.
Designed to provide a clean and welcoming atmosphere, all bathrooms are separated by gender, and include hot showers to ensure your comfort. Several guests have told us our special bathrooms are a highlight of their farm experience! All facilities are thoughtfully located just a few steps away from the camping areas, making them easily accessible during your stay.
Farm-to-Table Meals in a Breathtaking Setting
Our community kitchen is the heart of our retreat’s culinary experience, where our dedicated staff and volunteers craft delicious, healthy, halal meals using fresh ingredients from the farm. Every dish is thoughtfully prepared to nourish your body and soul, embodying the essence of tayyib eating.
Meals are enjoyed in our beautiful outdoor communal dining areas, offering stunning views of the ocean and surrounding natural beauty. Whether you choose to share meals with the community or find a cozy corner for quiet reflection, every bite is an opportunity to connect—with others, with nature, and with gratitude for Allah’s blessings.
A Sacred Space for Prayer, Learning, and Reflection
Our prayer space and classroom is a sanctuary of tranquility, designed to inspire worship, learning, and personal reflection. Featuring beautiful views and adorned with reclaimed old-growth wood, this room offers a warm and inviting atmosphere for connection with Allah and meaningful learning experiences.
With comfortable seating and soft, thoughtful lighting, this space will host our five daily prayers, nightly Tarawih, and many of our classes. During off times, it will be open for personal study, quiet meditation, and moments of stillness. For those seeking the beauty of night prayers, the room will remain open all night, softly illuminated to create a serene environment for reflection and devotion.
Stay Connected While You Disconnect
For those joining us for the full month and balancing remote work, our boardroom and office area provides a dedicated space to stay productive. Equipped with a robust and reliable WiFi network, this area is perfect for catching up on work during the day while still immersing yourself in the retreat’s serene environment.
While connectivity is available here, we encourage all participants to take this opportunity to disconnect from their devices and the outside world as much as possible, focusing on reflection, spiritual growth, and being present in the moment. Please note that WiFi is intentionally unavailable in the camping areas to foster a deeper connection with nature and community.
